Sydney Streets - Saturday 28th March 2026 - Community Activation signup sheet

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at this community event!

With your help and support, we will be raising funds for our programs & services here at the Uniting Harris Community Centre. There are different times and fun roles available below for you to select from. As a thank you for your hard work and support, you will receive a volunteer certificate, a complimentary Snow cone, Fairy floss, and a drink. You will also receive an invitation to our future team building events!

Please bring:
- A water bottle and a hat as it might be a hot day
- Wear a bright coloured t-shirt (we are celebrating end of summer).
- Wearing closed shoes is required

Volunteer Meeting location: There are different locations and they are listed next to your volunteer role description. During the event (9am to 9pm, we are meeting in front of 161 Harris St Pyrmont. Go to the Uniting purple stall).

Thanks to the support from ArtSHINE, Darling Square Community Bank, Belgravia Leisure, Heartdancers and Pyrmont Cares we will be participating once again at this event. Bluefins Dragon Boat Club, Ultimo Public-School P&C, Christmas in Pyrmont, Ultimo Village Voice, Qhali Kay Tambo, ArtSHINE, Darling Square Community Bank and Belgravia Leisure will also be having a stall next to our Uniting Harris Community Centre stalls. There will also be Culturally diverse music entertainment from 11:30am to 7pm. Thank you to Heartdancers Charity for curating a great entertainment.

Businesses on Harris Street will be bringing great offers, games, activities and more. Expect festival and end of summer vibes along the street with plenty of music, entertainers and alfresco dining.
