Position Description
(2 volunteers each, 1 for daytime and 1 for the evening)
Paper - This position hands out the bingo cards already bought at the cashier to players. Volunteers in this position complete their shift 30 minutes before the rest of the volunteers. You are seated for the entirety of this role on a high chair, you may stand if you wish.
Chair - This position involves counting the floats for the event, selling cards to players and signing off on all the counts tracked for the evening. This position requires the volunteer to stay until the end of the event. You are seated for the entirety of this role on a high chair, you may stand if you wish.
Paymaster - This position involves selling different types of cards to the players, and giving out prizes to the bingo winners. The paymaster has to be good at quick math with fast mobility skills. You are seated for the entirety of this role on a high chair, you may stand if you wish.
Card Control - The volunteer in this position will keep track of all the cards taken and sold by the floor runners during the event. You are seated for the entirety of this job on a regular chair, you may stand if you wish.
Cash Control - The volunteer in this position keeps track of the cash being brought in by the floor runners from their card sales. You are seated for the entirety of this job on a regular chair, you may stand if you wish.
