2026/2027 Popsicle Day Volunteers signup sheet
Popsicle Days are always a favourite with PJ students and a fun PAC tradition. We rely on parent volunteers to help make these popular fundraisers happen. Sign up for a shift to help serve treats to students, meet other PJ parents and bring a little extra fun to the school day. Time commitment approx 1 hr.
Arrive @ 2:20, sign in at the office, and set up:
- Grab and set up table in covered area next to library (tables are located behind the lost and found)
- Grab garbage can located next to lost and found, and set it up next to the table
- Add table banner (located in storage room in gym)
- Go to kitchen and organized popsicles into coolers (popsicles are in the large freezer - do not touch the freezies)
- put extra popsicles in bags to carry them up to sale table- sell these first
- get cash box, and blue tooth speaker from kitchen (located on shelving along west wall)
- have boxes of popsicles on sale table, with back stock in coolers
- decide if you want to sell in 2 or 3 lines
- connect a kid friendly playlist to speaker
- sell popsicles- encourage donations
- place unsold items in freezer
- put table, garbage can, and table banner back
- give cash box to a PAC exec member. If exec member is not located, give cash box to Mme Susie
