HOT LUNCH VOLUNTEERS signup sheet

Please help fill the following hot lunch volunteer positions:

Hot Dog Days: Arrive at school by 9:30 am to begin cooking wieners. Prepare, wrap and sort hot dogs and chips for each classroom and possibly help students with condiments. Pick up of wieners and chips may be requested and can be picked up the day prior and receipts submitted to Mrs. Massey and cheque issued to reimburse on day of hot lunch.

Pizza Days: Pick No Name or President's Choice juice boxes from No Frills High River. This can be done prior to pizza day or date of right before picking up pizza order. Mrs. Massey will contact you with the number of juice boxes required and reimburse you by cheque on delivery. Pizza pick up time is 10:45 am at High River Donair & Pizza (same parking lot as No Frills). They will give receipt to bring to school and Mrs. Massey will send a cheque with our volunteer to deliver after lunch. Once at school, volunteer will be required to sort pizza and juice into classrooms and deliver as required.

Pulled Pork Sandwich/Mac & Cheese: Arrive at school by 11:00 am. Volunteers will help JRRR BBQ sort orders into classrooms for delivery by volunteers.
