What: Volunteers for POTLUCK main dishes (meat/vegetarian/vegan), sides, appetizers, and desserts. Also volunteers for SET UP and CLEAN UP.
When: Sunday, February 1 2026, 5:30-8:30 pm (Note separate times for set up and clean up.)
Where: Texas A&M AgriLife's Water Building, 17360 Coit Road, Dallas, TX 75252.
Note: $10 fee for guests (please RSVP any guests.)
If you have questions about the potluck, setup or cleanup volunteering, please contact ntmnrsvps@gmail.com.
Please provide serving utensils and bring dishes with 10 servings.
Note: We appreciate those who volunteer for more than one task! Please note number of people needed, descriptions and time frames.
