Volunteer Check-in / Check-out Station - Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023 signup sheet

This position involves having volunteers check in and out. There will be copies of the sign-up sheets to mark. [We need to keep track of the volunteer hours - and many volunteers will stay past the end times they signed up for. Or they may have to leave early if they depend on someone else to provide transportation.] All volunteers will need a name tag and event button to be worn while they are working which they will receive at check-in. (Buttons are theirs to keep.) If the volunteer did not already sign a waiver of liability, they must sign one before they can participate at the event. Sign-up sheets will help remind the volunteers what area they are to go to. Also, inform the volunteers where the restrooms are located and where refreshments are available. All volunteers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Due to safety concerns, no children under the age of 8 may be a volunteer.
