2026 UIL Regional: Pit Crew on 10/17 at Little Elm ISD Stadium signup sheet

Every great band needs a great pit crew! Without one, the band's instruments, gear, and props won't make it onto the truck, onto the field, or back home. We need strong, mighty band and guard parents to help make every show happen.

Times are tentative:
Group 1: Load Instruments & Props at FHS
Group 2*: Unload at the stadium. Help move instruments and props on and off the field, load instruments and props after the competition.
Group 3**: Unload at the FHS band hall after the competition.

* Group 2 gets a stadium field badge from the FHS Band Booster Pit Crew Captains at the competition site so you don't need a spectator ticket.
** Times vary by advancement — a closer estimate will be shared as it gets nearer.

Bring gloves to move equipment. It's hard work, but fun — you get to hang out with other parents and be a behind-the-scenes roadie. Signup times are approximate. Please wear your FHS Band Pit Crew or spirit shirt when volunteering.

Before you volunteer:
1. Submit your yearly FISD Volunteer Background Check at friscoisd.voly.org/volunteer/login.html. It's quick but must be done every year
2. Once approved, forward your "Volunteer Application Approval" email to the volunteer coordinator at volunteers@friscobandboosters.com
