2026 Bullarama Supreme - May 2 signup sheet

We are looking for fun, friendly and responsible volunteers to help us with Bullarama 2026!
GATE OPENS at 4pm - Bulls Buck at 6:30pm - Dance at 9pm
Bullarama is on MAY 2, 2026. We ask you to please arrive 15 min prior to your shift start, so you can sign in at the Volunteer Tent and receive your Volunteer Package. The 15 minute crossover of the shift is to allow for a smooth transition.

Kids Meet & Greet - take entries, bring kids into arena, take pictures & get everyone out of the arena on time.
Grounds Keeper/Floater: Ensure garbage and recycling bins are emptied regularly, more focused outside the bar. Check porta-potties for toilet paper and paper towel stocking. Help Bar Runner if needed. Supply runs for food or liquor as needed.. Pick up money from different stations to be counted with Security.

Admission: Working with security, ensure everyone pays appropriate ticket fee and gets wristbands, ID any patron you feel is underaged. Keep track of the capacity levels to ensure we are not allowing too many people inside. Be sure to send all volunteers to the volunteer tent when they arrive.

Liquor tickets: Sell liquor tokens to patrons. ID any patron who you may feel to be underage. Use discretion if you feel as though people should no longer be consuming alcohol- talk with security to have them removed from the premises.

Bartender: Serve beer, hard alcohol and baileys to patrons from the bar, Use discretion if you feel as though people should no longer be consuming alcohol- talk with security to have them removed from the premises. Work with the bar runner to ensure there is always enough stock to keep up with demand.

Bar Runner: Working with bartenders, ensure there is always adequate stock in the bar to keep up with demand. Clean up tables of garbage throughout the shift, and wipe down tables if required. Check Porta-Potties to ensure toilet paper and paper towel are stocked. Ensure there is adequate hot chocolate/coffee and mix for patrons. Work with Groundskeeper and floater.

VIP Bartender: Serve Drinks to the VIP area and only to those patrons.

Pop Tent: Working with the concession team to sell drinks and chips out of the Snack Tent.

Volunteer Coordinator: Welcomes volunteers, gets them signed in, makes sure they understand their duties and gets them to location. *Required to fill position if a volunteer fails to show up.

Floater: To work with all volunteers to ensure that all duties are being covered and fill in where necessary. Deal with garbage issues and porta-pottie issues while working with the Bar Runner.
