Set up Thursday 23 October = 1pm - 3pm
* Put up Decorations & Activities, Load in & set up 60 x Tables & bench seats, Set up Bar area and cool room stocking, put up festoon lighting.
Set up Friday October 24th (EVENT DAY) = 1pm - 4pm
* Set up P&C Stalls with Marquee & Table/chairs, Set up Bar area seating, set up entrance area with decorations & ticket stall, put up event signage & temp fencing, put up any last decorations, and check toilets/amenities items and cleanliness.
P&C Stall - Serve and take payment for gingerbread Heart biscuits and Pretzels
Souvenir Stall - Take payment for German dress up souvenirs on sale
