This position prepares and cooks a market vegetable and offers taste tests to children at the market. Kids who try the food receive a $3 coupon that can be used to buy fresh fruits and vegetables. The morning shift is responsible for selecting and preparing the food that will be tasted that day (with the support of and purchased by market staff). The afternoon shift is responsible for cleaning all tools and utensils used during the day.
