2025 RLX Ralph Lauren Junior Classic signup sheet

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the RLX Ralph Lauren Junior Classic! The RLX Ralph Lauren Junior Classic will take place at the famed Bethpage State Park Black Course in Farmingdale, NY from June 23-27, 2025. The tournament will feature 64 of the world’s best junior golfers competing in a unique match-play format. We are looking for volunteers to help in the following roles:

• Timing Stations: Record groups’ times and help AJGA staff enforce pace of play guidelines.
• Ice & Water Distribution: Help restock coolers with water and ice throughout the golf course.
• Equipment Survey: Help AJGA staff survey players on the equipment (clubs, golf ball, clothes, golf bag, etc.) they are using for the tournament.
• Volunteer Check-In: Greet volunteers and assist in getting them into position for their volunteer duty.
• Registration: Assist the AJGA in registering players and Junior-Am participants.
• Tournament Setup: Assist the AJGA as needed with setup of the event. The majority of these positions are located inside the clubhouse and pertain to player gifting inventory and gift package assembly. If assisting with Fencing, must be able to lift 40lbs.
• Course Breakdown: Assist the AJGA post-event with the take down of signage, fencing, coolers, and trash. Also assist with packaging items to be shipped back to AJGA headquarters. Must be able to lift 40lbs.

Only one Volunteer Package is required for multiple shifts.

Each Volunteer Package includes: Ralph Lauren Golf Shirt, Imperial Headwear hat, buffet lunch and beverages. Coffee and pastries will be available for morning volunteer shifts.

Attire:
All volunteers will receive their volunteer gift package on the day of their first shift. Only one package will be provided to each volunteer. The gift package will include a Ralph Lauren golf shirt, an Imperial Headwear hat, and an AJGA pin.

Parking:
Volunteer parking will be available on-site for free.

Volunteer Check-In:
A volunteer check-in table will be located inside the main entrance of the clubhouse. If you need assistance on-site, any AJGA staff member will be able to assist. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your shift. Any necessary training will take place at this time.

Please select the dates, times, and volunteer roles that will work best for you. Feel free to volunteer on multiple days and for multiple shifts as long as they do not overlap.
