School Disco signup sheet

TIMES
Block One: 11:30am-2:00pm
Block Two: 2:00pm-4:00pm
NOTE: If you can help with blocks one and two, please sign up for both.
Tasks: Generally helping the disco to run smoothly. Handing out snacks etc.

Volunteer registrations must close 23rd July.
Volunteers requirements:
- A valid Working With Children Check (please ensure the school office has you WWCC number)
- Completion of LPPS Child Safe Module (to be completed yearly). Please contact the school office or PFC if you need the link to the Module.
