Request Street-Side Marquis Advertising from local businesses (via email or letter). Provide name of businesses along with pictures to Subcommittee 1.

Take Marquis pictures once parade info is posted (include business owners, managers and employees in pic.). Take pictures of presenting thank you, letters, (provide to Subcommittee 1)

Write thank you letters and distribute to participating businesses along with a picture of their sign.
Post Parade (the week following the parade)
