Grade 12 Spring Sweets Bake Sale Sign Up Sheet
Join us on Wednesday, April 15 for an STJ 2026 Grad Fundraiser! We're seeking volunteers to help out with sorting, selling and cleaning up as well as bakers to bring in some sweets!
Bakers: Please bring individually wrapped items to St. Joseph High School between 8:15 and 10:00 am on April 15 - feel free to send them to school with your graduate! Please clearly mark any items that contain nuts. Note that containers cannot be returned, so please package your items accordingly. Items will sell for a minimum of $2 and may be packaged as an assortment.
Some tips for sizes:
• Aim to get approximately 9 pieces of Rice Krispie/ puffed wheat squares from a 9x13 pan
• Cookies should be about the size of your palm
Volunteers: Please join us for a time that works best for you. We need people to help with pricing and sorting early in the morning with support for sales and clean-up on the second shift. Feel free to book more than one time slot! We will be in touch with a reminder email shortly before the bake sale!
