As event plans are finalized, assignments and responsibilities may change. We will make every effort to honor your selected role, but you may be asked to assist in another area or transition to a different assignment during the evening. We appreciate your flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed.
Detailed instructions and a brief orientation will be provided before or upon arrival. Please sign up only for a shift you are able to fulfill.
