We've been invited to serve as timekeepers for the Wichita Journalism Collaborative's District 3 candidate forum. With two candidates confirmed, it should be a great event. We also get to have a table to help people register, verify registration, and apply for mail-in ballots. It's also a perfect opportunity to promote our League and let people know who we are. The event will be in the Leonard & Celia Levand Community Room at the Alford Branch Library, 3447 S. Meridian, Wichita 67217. We'll be there from 5:45 to 7:15, as the event runs from 6:00 to 7:00. We have all the supplies needed to do the timekeeping, so timekeepers won't need to bring anything.
