A Christmas Carol signup sheet

Thank you for volunteering. Please show up on your scheduled date at the scheduled time. Upon arriving, please enter through the front door by the box office. Please check in at the Box office or with the Volunteer Coordinator. If you are a little early please take a seat in the lobby. A Volunteer Coordinator will greet you. Ushers will assist guests to their seats. There will be seat maps for quick guidance. There may be a usher assigned to help with concessions, this volunteer will be sure the concession is stocked, covered during show and ready at intermission. 50/50 will pick up items at box office and sell tickets before start or show and during intermission drawing and announcing winner right after intermission, turning in earnings to box office prior to announcing.
