Gift Drop Weekend Volunteers 2022 signup sheet

Hello Elves! Thanks for participating in this great event.
Please note that indoor volunteers will be required to mask, outdoor use is also encouraged but not required. We know there are no Government restrictions in place, however we appreciate your understanding and help keeping everyone safe.

Please sign up below for your choice of volunteer positions. Scroll down to see directions.
Gift Drop volunteers will greet the Santas as they drop off their gifts and check to make sure that gifts are properly labeled and contain a content list. ALL of the Police Station Drop offs are held outdoors! Please dress accordingly.

You must add your name to each shift where you wish to volunteer. Only first name and last name initial will appear on the public signup sheet.
Scroll down to the District Date and Time and enter your first and last names and your mobile phone number.
This year there will be no drivers on the Gift drop day. Large trucks and cube vans will be at each station to collect the gifts.

Gift Sort
We will be sending out a second sign up sheet for the Gift Sort. This year the gift sort will be held over multiple days to accommodate the reduced number of volunteers we can safely have in the warehouse at one time.
