Charlie's Picnic 2026 signup sheet
This is for ALL VOLUNTEERS needed to help make Charlie's Picnic happen on Friday September 18, 3:15-6:00 p.m. This includes faculty, staff, family, and student volunteers.
Please check in at the volunteer table in the MS Commons 15 minutes before your shift. You will get a name tag and someone will walk you to your station, so you do not have to go looking for it. No experience needed for any of these jobs! :)
If you are signed up for Silly Hair or Face Painting, please wear something you do not mind getting color on!
We run event volunteer blocks in 2 shifts, so you can volunteer and also enjoy the other half of the picnic with your family! Shift 1 runs 3:00-4:30 and Shift 2 runs 4:30-6:00. Shift 2 is often the harder one to fill, so if either time works for you, please sign up for Shift 2.
