Tree Planting Volunteer Event - SAT. December 20th (9 AM - 12 PM) signup sheet
Join Friends of Shelby and Metro Water Services on Saturday, December 20th as we work to plant the next generation of Shelby Park's trees! We'll be working together to plant large trees near some of the park's historic baseball fields to ensure the park is beautiful and shaded for decades to come.
Volunteers need to either be a) 18+ years old, or b) accompanied by a legal guardian. Everyone must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants for your safety. It's recommended that you bring a water bottle, but Friends of Shelby will provide additional water along with the tools and safety gear needed for the project.
