2026 Denver Arts Festival Volunteers signup sheet

The 2026 Denver Arts Festival (https://denverartsfestival.com) will be held Saturday May 23rd (10am to 8pm) and Sunday May 24th (10am to 5pm) at Central Park's Conservatory Green (8304 E 49th Pl, Denver CO 80238).
-- Artists can do last minute setup starting Saturday at 7am; artists pack up entirely on Sunday by 10pm.

Volunteers play a part in every aspect of the Festival are critical to attendees and artists. In return for all your efforts, you'll get to hang out with fabulous people, see amazing art, meet talented artists -- and get a free t-shirt + free meal + a free ticket to attend the Affordable arts festival in August.

We will accommodate volunteer needs and limitations to the best of our ability
- staffing the Info Booth
- watching an Artist Booth when they need to leave it
- running errands
- organizing and handing out materials
- posting signs
- directing people
— and more

Sign up for a volunteer shift below. Shifts are 2 to 3 hours long and you can sign up for just one shift or for multiple shifts
— NOTE: Emails will be used for communications regarding the festival, and will be included in volunteer info email lists going forward

The free T-shirt will readily identify you as a volunteer during the Festival. The color of the volunteer t-shirts will ONLY be available to volunteers.
Shirts will be available in varying sizes at the Festival at the Info Booth.
