2026 Summer Partners: Serving at NCC Community Dinners signup sheet
Thanks so much for your interest in serving with North City Church this Summer!
Our mission at North City Church is to Love our neighbors in the way of Jesus. When we look at Jesus’ life, we consistently find Him expressing His love and acceptance of neighbors by eating with them. North City is simply trying to love like Jesus. We want to create space for neighbors to experience Jesus’ presence around the table.
We meet every other Sunday at 5pm for a community meal. We meet at Webber Park Community Center, which has a nearby pool.
As a summer partner we ask that you arrive at 4:00pm. You'll set up tables, chairs, table cloths etc. At 4:45 you will join our Huddle, where we get to know one another, pray together, and then talk about the logistics of the meal. You will be given a food item to serve/dish for the food line which starts at 5pm. Once the food is served you are invited to grab yourself a plate and join us in connecting with neighbors around the table. After the church service is over, we all work together to clean up the food and pack up all our things. We typically wrap up around 6:30 pm.
