Roles needed:
Draw Desk/PA Announcements/Draw Updates
Registration/Souvenirs/Prizes
Shuttles/Timers/ Sweepers

***Schedule times may change according to the number of tournament entries***

Shifts:
Vancouver Racquets Club (VRC) - 4867 Ontario St, Vancouver, BC V5V 3H4
Friday: (2:00 pm - 6:00 pm), (6:00 pm - 10:00 pm)
Saturday: (7:45 am - 1:00 pm), (1:00 pm - 5:30 pm), (5:30 pm - 10:00 pm)
Sunday: (7:45 am - 1:00 pm), (1:00 pm - 5:30 pm), (5:30 pm - 10:30 pm)
Tuesday: (8:00 am - 1:00 pm), (1:00 pm - 6:00 pm)

Vancouver Lawn and Tennis Club (Van Lawn) - 1630 West 15th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6J 2K7
Friday: (2:30 pm - 10:00 pm), (6:00pm - 10:00 pm)
Saturday(2:30pm - 6:30pm), (6:30 pm - 10:00 pm)

Food and one non-alcoholic drink will be provided per shift.
We will coordinate one 15-minute break within your shifts.
