PLEASE REPORT TO ROOM C1 (VOLUNTEER OFFICE) 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO START OF SHIFT TO CHECK IN FOR YOUR SHIFT.

Facilities provides support for the tournament from set up to tear down, coordinating and working with the custodians to manage trash removal, restroom maintenance, power supply, lights, and other facility maintenance needs that may occur. This committee provides maintenance support and equipment to the other committees of the tournament and outside vendors. Equipment being, but not limited to, tables, chairs, canopies, trash and recycling cans. Services including lighting, electrical power, and portable toilets.
