2024 Kids Only Shoppe - Nov 9 and 10 signup sheet
SHOPPING ASSISTANT - greet children as they enter the shoppe, check their paperwork to ensure you understand who they are shopping for and how much they have to spend, help them find appropriate items within their budget, escort them to the cashier and help with payment, help them write gift tags, return them to the parent
CASHIER - remove price tags, collect payment via cash or card (Moneris), use tally sheet to record sales & no. items purchased
WRAPPER - wrap or bag each gift, assist children with filling out gift tag if necessary, securely attach gift tag, put multiple gifts into carry bags
MRS CLAUS PERSONAL ASSISTANT - be outside with Mrs Claus to ensure she has everything she needs to be successful
COFFEE CORNER HELPER - welcome volunteers as they arrive, stow coats, hand out aprons, provide overall orientation. Ensure supplies of coffee, tea, snacks etc are easy to access. Watch for volunteers who need a break.
