Lion King Jr Volunteers - Front of House signup sheet

We are so looking forward to our school's production of Lion King Jr! We will need some volunteers to make our performances run smoothly. Please consider volunteering for one of the performances that you are not planning to watch so we can all have a chance to see a show and to volunteer for others! We couldn't do it without you. There will be 4 options for each of the positions. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR THE CORRECT DATE AND TIME! They are listed in date order.

***SHOW DATES AND TIMES***

CAST A
WED, MARCH 4, 1:00-2:00pm MATINEE
WED, MARCH 4, 6:00-7:00pm EVENING
CAST A: Divisions 9-18, Div 20 (Mann), Div 22 (Friesen)

CAST B
THURS, MARCH 5, 1:00-2:00pm MATINEE
THURS, MARCH 5, 6:00-7:00pm EVENING
CAST B: Divisions 9-18 (Gr 2s only), Div 19 (Baretto), Div 21 (Marquardt), Div 23 (Takaoka)

Please note there are 2 casts of the show. Divisions 9-18 will be BOTH Cast A &B. In other words, Grades 2-4 and soloists/chorus will be performing both dates.
KINDERGARTEN and GRADE 1 students will be performing on only 1 of the dates.

This means you can volunteer for the day your child is NOT performing and not feel like you're missing out!

TICKET TAKERS
This involves taking tickets at the exterior door into the performance.
Matinees: 1 adult 12:15pm - 1:00pm
Evening: 2 adults 5:15pm - 6:00pm

RAFFLE TICKET SALES
What are the Raffle Tickets about? Seating for the shows is not reserved. So, we are raffling off 3 sets of 2 seats to the front row for every show. This role requires approaching people in the line up and in the gym to sell the raffle tickets.
Evening: 2 adults 5:15pm - 6:00pm

CONCESSION SALES/POPCORN
The Concession Stand is going to be in the front courtyard , similar to Toonie Tuesdays.
Matinee
1 adult 11:00am - 2:30pm
1 adult 12:00pm - 2:30pm
2 adults 12:00pm - 1:00pm.
Evening
1 adult 4:30pm - 7:30pm
5 adults 5:00pm - 7:30pm
