Year End BBQ signup sheet

It's time to plan our year end BBQ! We will need a number of volunteers to make this evening a SUCCESS! Thank you for your time helping out!
Persons working in ticket sales will be dealing with cash and handing out tickets required.
Persons working at the food station will be monitoring levels and making sure only items paid for are taken as well as selling freezies.
Persons working at the dunk tank will take tickets from participants and supervise the number of throws. We will start this later so everyone has a chance to eat first.
Persons working as a "floater" will just walk around and make sure no one is in need of assistance at the stations.
Persons working at the Silent Auction will just supervise and make sure everything is safe and secure.
