OCT 25th 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat: A Biblically Inspired Celebration signup sheet

Join us for a safe and faith-filled morning of fun at Love The Tree of Life! Instead of decorating cars, volunteers will decorate folding tables with Biblical themes. Each table will hand out candy or small treats to children while sharing a positive message of faith.

🕙 Event Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
⏰ Volunteer Shift: 8:00 AM arrival | Expected to finish by 4:00 PM (includes setup and breakdown)
📍 Location: Love The Tree of Life Clinic, 25th St, Newport News, VA

✨ Volunteer Details:

Folding tables are provided (one per host).

Volunteers will decorate their table with a Biblical theme and bring candy/treats to hand out.

Please bring at least 2–3 bags of candy/treats.

Costumes are welcome but should be family-friendly and Christ-centered.

Setup begins at 8:00 AM. Breakdown will finish by 4:00 PM.
