Summer Wildfires is five weeks again this year! Wednesdays, beginning July 1 through July 29, we will meet for dinner at 6 PM, listen to teaching, followed by discussion and questions.
We need a few volunteers to make this series run smoothly. Please prayerfully consider serving.
DINNER CO-COORDINATORS: (On Wednesdays during July) Arrive at 5 PM for instructions and for prayer circle with Sheri. Be prepared at 5:15 PM to direct Greeters / Dinner Traffic Flow, and Servers and ensure food service stations are in place in the Epworth Conference Room and ready to serve dinner at 6 PM.
DINNER SERVERS: Arrive at 5 PM for instructions and prayer circle with Sheri. Be prepared at 6 PM to begin serving the food line in the Epworth Conference Room.
CHEF: Shop for meal ingredients and turn in receipts to Sheri. Arrive in time for meal preparation on Wednesday. Plan to join 5 PM prayer circle with Sheri. Be prepared to have dinner ready to be served by 6 PM.
GREETER / DINNER TRAFFIC FLOW: Arrive at 5 PM for instructions and prayer circle with Sheri. Be prepared at 5:15 PM to welcome people into the Fellowship Hall. At 6 PM, one of the GREETERS will transition into Dinner Traffic Flow director to ensure a smooth entrance and exit of the Epworth Conference Room doors where dinner will be served. There will be signs to assist people with direction.
CHECK-IN TABLE: Arrive at 5 PM for instructions and prayer circle with Sheri. Be prepared at 5:15 PM to set up Check-In Table. Pass out name tags, handouts, and accept payments from those who did not pay online.
RESOURCE TABLE / T-SHIRT SALES: Arrive at 5 PM for instructions and prayer circle with Sheri. Be prepared at 5:15 PM to set up Resource Table and collect money from the sale of T-shirts ($10 each).
TABLE DECORATOR: Arrive at 5 PM for instructions and prayer circle with Sheri. Decorate Epworth Conference Room Dinner serving tables and Fellowship Hall round tables with provided tablecloths, centerpieces, etc., to have everything ready by 5:30 PM when doors open for the event.
FELLOWSHIP HALL & KITCHEN CLEAN UP: At the end of the event, clear tables, take trash bags to dumpster, take serving utensils to sink, wash, dry, and put away. Put away leftover food in containers in the refrigerator.
