2026 Saturday/Sunday Prasad Sponsorship signup sheet
Sri Saibaba Mandir invites devotees to sponsor Prasad(Lunch) for approximately 150 devotees on Saturdays / 50-60 devotees on Sundays with a suggested donation of $251. Please note there are two sponsorship slots each on Saturdays and Sundays
PLEASE READ THE SCHEDULE & INSTRUCTIONS BELOW BEFORE SIGNING UP.
Naivedya/Prasad: Fresh, vegetarian food prepared at the Mandir is offered to Sri Saibaba and distributed to devotees. Suggested food items may include salad, rice dishes, roti, dal, vegetable curries, curd/yogurt, and dessert items. No deep frying is allowed in the Mandir. You are welcome to bring additional items. Food should be mild (not spicy) and no food colorings should be added.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE MANDIR AT 8:50 AM TO COMPLETE FOOD PREPARATION ON TIME
8:50 AM: Arrive at the Mandir with family & friends. Wash your hands with soap before you begin food preparation.
9:00 AM: Start Food preparation.
11:30 AM: Complete Food preparation and prepare Naivedya Plate to offer to Sri Saibaba.
12:00 PM: Madhyahna Arati
12:20 PM: Serve Prasad to devotees.
1:00 PM (or after finishing serving): Start Cleanup
PLEASE DO PAY ONLINE AFTER SIGNING UP. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP BOTH THE SLOTS ON THE SAME DAY.
