The festival will be held Thursday 24 April to Sunday 27 April 2025 in Arrowtown. Thank you for your support, we really appreciate it!
Shifts are listed in four hour slots and you are welcome to sign up for multiple shifts over different days. If you are unable to complete a full shift or timing below doesn't align please email our Volunteer Coordinator to register your interest for a different time slot - autumnfestivalvolunteers@gmail.com
To be eligible for 1x FOC Adult Gondola Annual Pass, a full shift of four hours is required.
