Market Support: Set up & Decoration signup sheet 2026
FRIDAY 13/11:
- Pick up tables from KHHS and Forestville Primary School - A big car is needed
SATURDAY 14/11:
- Move small and big equipment from storage to the hall (we need some muscles!)
- Install gazebos
- Decorate the school grounds
- Help with wiring the stalls (professional and volunteers)
- Guide and assist professional stallholders who come to set up
SUNDAY 15/11:
- Morning: Hoping we can find some early birds to come help with the arrival of professional stalls, and last minute tasks.
- Evening: Please come and help packing down
MONDAY 16/11
- Morning: Bring back tables from KHHS and Forestville Primary School
