Setup: Please meet at lunch tables.
Tasks include: Assemble dividers, game signs, table/chair/game placements. Distribute all necessary items to game booths. Set up signs and maps, etc. Set up and secure pop up tents. Place all necessary items on craft tables.
Cake Walk- Tasks include: monitoring players, play music, collect tickets, and manage cakes.
Breakdown/cleanup: Please meet at Information Table.
Tasks included, breaking down dividers, load cars with carnival games and drive back to shed and place items back. Minivans and trucks are great for this.
The most in need is after the carnival to help breakdown and cleanup. If you can only stay for 30 minutes, it would help us tremendously. Thank you.
