VIP Event Set Up
1 - 4 p.m.
Volunteers are needed to set up tables and chairs and other materials ahead of the VIP event. These volunteers will be required to stand and lift up to 30 pounds.
VIP Parking Lot Attendants
5 - 9:30 p.m.
Volunteers are needed at the Depot parking lot to monitor those parking at both parking lot entrances and ensure only VIP guests are utilizing the lot. These volunteers will be required to stand. Upon event starting, volunteer may leave
Auction For VIP
Volunteers will work with the Auctioneer to conduct the bourbon auction.
