South Grand Fall and Music Fest Volunteer Duties
Saturday September 21, 2024

BARRICADE SET-UP
2 volunteers are needed from 8am-9am to set up barricades prior to the start of the event. Barricades need to be set up on Hartford, Juniata, Wyoming, and Connecticut west of Grand and on Wyoming east of Grand. Two barricades block the Grand side of each street, and two just before the alley.
2 VOLUNTEERS TOTAL

BARRICADE TEAR-DOWN & EMPTY TRASH
2 volunteers are needed from 7:00pm-8:00pm to take down barricades from Hartford, Juniata, Wyoming, and Connecticut and on Wyoming east of Grand. The barricades will need to be taken to a central location for pick up. Volunteers will assist before they take down the barricades by emptying the temporary trash cans next to the portable water closets. Also, barricades will not be taken down until the Portable Water Closets are picked up.
2 VOLUNTEERS TOTAL

VENDOR SETUP
2 volunteers are needed from 9AM-11AM per block to assist vendors set up on Hartford, Juniata, Connecticut, and Wyoming on the westside of South Grand and Wyoming and on the eastside of South Grand. If all vendors are fully set up before 11AM your duty is complete.
10 VOLUNTEERS TOTAL

VENDOR TEARDOWN
2 volunteers are needed from 6PM-7:30PM per block to assist vendors to tear down Hartford, Juniata, Connecticut, and Wyoming on the westside of South Grand and Wyoming on the eastside of South Grand. If all vendors are gone before 7:30PM your duty is complete.
