2026 Big Flat Jamboree Volunteer Sign Up

Thank you for volunteering for the 3rd annual Big Flat Jamboree! For check in/raffle we have two-hour time slots, this will take place at front of Bigfoot Rafting. For race timers and safety, this takes place during the races and Glenn will reach out to you with further information prior to the event. For trash, this is just as needed throughout the event, we will show you where extra bags are, this is more so just to have an extra set of hands keeping track of this. Parking is set-in two-hour shifts, this task tends to not be the funniest job as you are in a parking lot for a while, we will have better signage this year to help with parking and make sure there is no overnight camping in the Rose Road lot. As for clean-up, this starts to happen Sunday morning, we just want to make sure we leave the property looking just as good as we found it.
