YEAR ROUND 2024 2025 Trail Work Dates signup sheet
Everyone and All Tasks:
Dress for the weather.
Consider eye/ear protection, gloves, helmet, mask, long pants and shirts.
Bring water to hydrate.
Club has some tools, but bring suggested tools if you have them.
MEET: At Monora Park, 500 Bristol Dr, Mono, in the LOWER PARKING LOT at the Maintenance Building, at 9:00 am
TASKS AND TOOLS:
1.. TRIM BACK OVERGROWTH (e.g. golden rod leaning of the trail)
Tools: Weed trimmer, Hedge trimmers (hand and battery operated), Sythe, etc.
2. TRIM BACK LOW HANGING BRANCHES
Tools: Pruners, Pole Saw / Pruners, Saws (all battery operated)
3. MOVE DEBRIS FROM EDGE OF TRAIL
Tools: Move branches cut by our Chain Saw Team and debris on trail edge. Carry chainsaw and gas for Chain saw operator.
