4/11 Holi Celebration SHIFT 3: Help the Indian Cultural Association host their Holi Celebration on April 11th at the Elkridge Library! There are 3 shifts for this event but all shifts will have the same basic tasks of helping people register, helping with kids activities, helping setup and take down banners and helping with festival decorations. Be sure to wear something you won’t mind STAINING as Holi is the Festival of colors! Address: 6540 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075
