Volunteer at U of O Concessions signup sheet
We have an incredible opportunity to raise funds for the 2026 All Night Senior Graduation Party. We have a goal of raising nearly $12,000 to cover the cost of the venue, food, activities, and prizes to celebrate the success of the student with an all-night party. We have been reaching out to businesses for sponsorships and donations. Our best chance at making this party a success is through volunteer efforts, and we need your help!
We have secured a concession stand for the Women's home games and the final 2 home football games! There may be a 3rd football game, we will know more after 12/5/25.
Volunteers must have either a food handler's permit, an OLLC Alcohol Server's permit, or both. Volunteers must be at least 14 years old to work in concessions. The U of O will reimburse $10 per NEW permit obtained to volunteer in concessions.
You can get your food handlers permit through Oregon Health Authority https://www.orfoodhandlers.com/#/. This test takes less than 30 minutes and is $10.
You can get your alcohol servers permit through OLCC @ https://www.oregon.gov/olcc/Pages/Alcohol-Service-Permits.aspx. This test takes closer to 3 hours. Cost varies by who you take the course though. There is a $23 application charge, plus a fee for whoever you take the course through varies from $9 - $30. Professional Server Certification Corp charges $9. You must be at least 18 years old to get this permit.
If you are unable to volunteer but would still like to support a safe and sober grad party, there are other ways to help! Sharing this volunteer signup sheet is one way to help!
