Now in its 21st year, Ashland Train Day is a FREE event for the whole family. More than 100 community volunteers keep the street festival and railfan extravaganza running smoothly. We need friendly neighbors of all ages to help! Sign up below and get...

When you arrive to start your volunteer shift, check-in at Headquarters--201 Duncan Street. Headquarters is marked with a V (for Volunteer Check-in) on the event map. We will provide you written information, directions, and an orange safety vest. You will then walk to your volunteer job location.

Headquarters will also offer coffee, snacks, water, and a hearty lunch for all volunteers and first responders. Help yourself anytime during the day!

At the end of your shift, please return your safety vest to Headquarters and provide any feedback we may need to keep the event running smoothly.
