9/16/23 Field Day at the Govans Branch (Enoch Pratt Free Library) signup sheet
Join us on Saturday 09/16/23 for exciting day of activities and games for youths and the family! We are thrilled to be partnering Enoch Pratt Free Library at their Govans branch location from 11am - 1pm.
There will be an obstacle course scavenger hunt for youth ages 7 to 18; and a tic tac toe relay for everyone age 5 & up. We are seeking volunteers to help with tabling and assisting us with running the activities throughout the event.
Volunteer Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for volunteers interested in tabling will be to assist with checking people in and handing out wristbands. Other duties may include collecting donations, selling merchandise, and taking photos.
Volunteers interested in running the obstacle course scavenger hunt and tic tac toe relay will be tasked with guiding our youths through the activities during the event. Instructions of how each of the activities will be run will be provided at the event. The most important skill required for this task is to have fun with everyone participating in the activities :-)
