Live Auction Helpers: Assist with online and live auction. This may include assisting the Lead Clerk and writing down bidder numbers during the live auction and fund-a-need portion of the event, answering questions about online bidding, and making sure guests receive the items they won.

Bartender/VIP Table Concierge: Serve drinks to the VIP guest, make sure guests feel especially welcomed and appreciated for their extra support of our campers, and be equipped to answer general event questions they may have.

Outdoor Games Assistant: This individual will monitor the outdoor games--tidying them up, setting or resetting them up as needed and encouraging guests to engage in the games (cornhole, Jenga, etc.).
