2024 Summer Concert in Glenwood Park signup sheet

Thank you so much for volunteering to help with the Summer Concert in Glenwood Park, brought to you by East Portland Collective & your Lents neighbors, in partnership with Summer Free for All!

Postering/Flyering. We provide flyers, you bring a stapler! We'll meet a Glenwood Park, distribute posters, then folks can roam the neighborhood either in pairs (make a new friend), or on your own time!

Day-Before Chalk & Decorating. Let's decorate the park & sidewalks in celebration - fun, low key, make chalk art! Great volunteer opportunity for the kiddos!

Set-up Volunteers. Help move tables, tents, chairs; set up games and activity stations, including the community clothing closet (sorting/hanging clothing).

Kids Arts & Crafts Station. Support RAD Creative Space & Yathzi Turcot with kids arts and crafts activity - nature bracelets.

Bubbles Station. Make sure the bubbles are soapy, help people make bubbles.

Giant Games Volunteer. Help keep an eye on games & show folks how to play. Corn Hole, Giant Connect 4, Ladder Golf, etc.

Clothing Closet Volunteer. Keeps racks tidy, encourages folks to browse, all items are free!

EPC Tabling. Hold down the fort at the EPC Tent - we'll have a small safety kit (first aid, sunscreen, etc.); talk about upcoming projects (92nd Ave Mural, etc.), and generally represent EPC positively to the community!

Face Painting Support/Line Management. Help support our face painting artist as needed.

Clean-up & Breakdown. Moving tents, tables, chairs; help clean up activities.
