2026 Backyard Harvest Box Packing and Delivery signup sheet
Join us on Tuesday mornings at 10am at the Mentors Building, 101 N 8th St, Gunnison to pack our fresh food boxes. Then, beginning at 11am, we deliver the boxes to households in Gunnison and Crested Butte. This food rescue and donation program connects fresh produce from backyard gardens and farms to residents experiencing food insecurity. Food-insecure households can sign up to receive a free box of fresh food every week that is delivered right to their door. Our fresh produce is sourced from backyard gardeners, community gardens, chicken coops, our farms, local farmers, and community donations. This program runs all year long.
