Floaters are flexible folks who come to the event and are willing go where needed. There always seems to be some volunteers who come late to their shift - or don't come at all. Sometimes, some areas get overwhelmed and need an extra hand for a short period of time. You will be asked to help out where needed to fill the gaps in manpower.
