Our wonderful teachers who host this beloved workshop each year need a few helping hands!

Before the event:
We’re looking for volunteers to help prepare materials in the days leading up to the workshop. All prep work should be completed by November 28th.

On the day of the event (Nov 29):
We also need volunteers to assist at the card-making stations. It’s a fun and easy way to help while your kids create their cards!

Lastly, our amazing teachers are hoping to pass the creative baton to a few parents for next year. School Council will continue to support the event, but we’re looking for some craft-loving parents who’d like to learn more about how it all comes together. There’s no commitment right now—just sign up if you’d like to be contacted with more info!

Cutting shapes using the diecut machine in the school during school hours - we will put you in contact with the school if you sign up here

Counting and cutting paper into cards - can be done at home with a paper cutter or at school with theirs (we will put you in touch with the school)
