Hello Amazing People!
artsPlace is looking for volunteers to help make our 11th Festival of Arts and Creativity truly unforgettable!

We have a variety of roles available, including:
👉Guest Services – Provide attendees with information and guidance.
👉Workshop Support – Assist with creative workshops and activities.
👉Event Setup and Cleanup – Help prepare the venue and ensure everything is tidy after the event.
👉Artist Assistance – Support artists with their displays and performances.
👉Bar – Sell drinks, make popcorn, and serve our guests!

Helpful Tips:
✔️ Add your shift to your calendar right away so you don’t forget.
✔️ Review each opportunity carefully – some may have specific notes, e.g. ProServe certification required (for serving alcohol), heavy lifting involved, or family-friendly shifts.
✔️ Share this volunteer call with your friends and family – the more, the merrier!
✔️ Can’t make your shift? Contact Lucile in advance so she can arrange a replacement.
