Surplus Area - Saturday, December 19, 2026 signup sheet
Help organize and distribute the extra items available to families on Giveaway Day!
The Surplus Area includes donated items that do not fall into one of the other distribution areas. Items may include clothing, pre-owned toys, blankets, housewares, Christmas decorations, and other miscellaneous donations.
Volunteers will organize and display items, restock newly delivered donations, help keep the area orderly, and monitor distribution so items can be shared among as many families as possible.
During the final portion of the event, remaining donated items will be consolidated so there is as little as possible left to pack at the end of the day. The final shift will also help pack and organize any remaining items.
Please note: Clothing racks belong to the Foundation and should not be distributed.
