Azura Memory Care 7770 N Port Washington Rd
This is a memory care residential community and assisted living.
There will be approximately 40-45 attendees. The majority are residents and there will be some from their memory care day program.
Parking: There is limited parking around the building. If you are unable to find a parking spot, you can park in the underground garage.
Be sure to add your dog's name after your FIRST name when you sign up.
