Set up Day of, 6:00am- 8:00am- Set up aid stations, check signs, set up awards platform, work with announcer to set up announcing stand

Course takedown/ Clean up crew-Break down aid stations, collect trash cans, pick up trash on the course, break down announcing stand

Registration, 6:00am-9:00am- Assist the lead race registration

Aid Station, 7:00am-11:00am- Staff the aid stations and disperse goodies

Race Marshalls (signs and turns), 7:00am-11:00am- Staff the intersections, direct traffic and key race points

Awards, 11:00am-12:30pm- Help with the awards after the race
